AgriTrialHub is a commercial managed service. The client commissions a complete pilot; CBI Pro-Akademia runs it end to end.

   Innovator defines a testing opportunity

   A structured multi-step brief: objective, target farm profile, design, data plan and compensation.

   Administrator reviews the trial

   Protocol, ethics, feasibility and compensation are reviewed before anything is published internally.

   Matching generates anonymised candidates

   A transparent weighted rule engine scores every eligible farm and explains each score.

4. 4

   Administrator invites farmers

   Farmers receive the invitation inside their account and may accept, decline or ask a question.

5. 5

   Trial execution and data collection

   Scheduled tasks, observations, photographs, deviations and adverse events are recorded by the farm.

6. 6

   Verification, export and confidential report

   Completeness is verified, raw data exported as CSV and a confidential report is prepared for the client.
