Referral safeguards

3. 3. The farmer confirms willingness to receive invitations.
4. 4. The administrator approves the referral.
5. 5. Reward eligibility requires a completed profile and consent.
6. 6. The administrator may require a minimum activity period.
7. 7. The farmer can reject or remove an incorrect advisor.
8. 8. Duplicate registrations are flagged for review.

An advisor cannot register a farmer, accept participation on a farmer's behalf, or view confidential trial data.
